Privacy for shop owners
This page covers the details you send us on ekhtem.app. It is short on purpose.
What we collect
When you ask for Ekhtem on this website, we keep what you type: your name, your shop name and type, your WhatsApp number, your area, and the card you chose (reward, stamps, colour, minimum spend, best day).
Why
Only to contact you on WhatsApp or by phone, agree your card and come to your shop to set it up. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists.
The chat on this site
If you use the chat assistant, we keep the conversation and the page you were on, so we can improve the answers and follow up if you left your number. We store a scrambled version of your IP address, never the address itself. Do not type anything you would not want us to read.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to count visits and measure our ads. Shop pages, customer cards and the shop panel carry no trackers.
Who sees it
The Daim team that sets up Ekhtem. Your details are stored with our hosting and database providers and sent to our team chat so we can reply quickly.
How long
While we are talking with you, and after that only as long as needed for your account and the law. If you do not go ahead, ask us and we delete your details.
Your customers
Each shop has its own privacy page for its customers. Customers can see and delete their own card at any time from their card page.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it, and to stop contacting you. We reply within a few working days.
