For your most regular customers, a bag of your house beans after twelve stamps feels generous and costs less than it looks.
At the counter
Keep the seal next to the till. When a customer pays, the barista taps it on their phone. First time, they type their number once. After that, the tap is all it takes.
Bringing them back
When a regular is one coffee away from a reward, or has not been in for a month, their Wallet card shows a note on their lock screen. It is free and only goes to customers who agreed to offers.
Questions
How many stamps should a café card have?+
Five to eight works for most cafés. Six is easy to remember and close enough that people keep going.
Can a customer get two stamps in one day?+
By default one a day. You can allow a second one, with a minimum gap, from your panel.
Do we need a till system?+
No. Ekhtem works on its own. Staff look at the receipt and tap the seal.
