Barber loyalty card in Dubai

Most clients come back every few weeks. The goal is to keep them in your chair and not the shop next door. After each cut the barber taps the seal on the phone, and after a set number of visits the cut is free.

Why it works here

Clients come back sooner

Seeing three stamps to a free cut is a reason not to wait another week.

Barbers cannot give free cuts

The seal gives stamps. Only the reward card, kept by the owner, gives rewards.

A note when hair has grown

Clients who have not been in for a month get a reminder on their Wallet card.

Reward ideas for barbers

  1. Every 9th cut free

Most men come every three or four weeks, so nine cuts keeps them with you for most of the year.

  2. A beard trim at five

A smaller reward halfway keeps the card feeling alive between haircuts.

  3. A separate card for kids

Kids’ cuts on their own card, with their own reward, so dads and sons both have something to collect.

At the counter

Hang the seal by the mirror or keep it at the desk. When the client pays, tap it on their phone. It takes a couple of seconds, even with busy hands.

Bringing them back

Your list shows who is one cut away from a reward and who has not been in for a month. Wallet reminders go out on their own, free.

Questions

How many stamps for a barber card?+

Between six and ten. Clients come every two to four weeks, so eight keeps the reward a few months away.

Can a beard trim count?+

Yes. You write the rule. Some shops run a second card for beard trims with its own seal.

What if an apprentice gives a free cut?+

They cannot. Rewards need the owner's reward card, and every reward is logged with the time.
