Your loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
After their first stamp, customers can add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with one tap. The card shows their stamps and the next reward, updates by itself, and puts short notes on their lock screen.

Only for customers who agree
Offers and reminders go only to customers who ticked the box when they joined. They can stop them any time.
How customers add it
After their first stamp, a black “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet” button appears on their card page. One tap and it is in their Wallet, with your shop name and colour.
If they change phone
On iPhone, Wallet cards move to the new phone with iCloud. The card has an “Open my card” link that brings back the full card page too.
Questions
Do customers have to use Wallet?+
No. The card also works in the browser and can be added to the home screen.
Does it cost per message?+
No. Wallet updates are free, unlike SMS or WhatsApp business messages.
Can we write the reminder text?+
Yes. You write the messages in your panel, and they are filled in with each customer’s name and stamps.
