An NFC loyalty stamp, in a wooden seal

Inside the seal is a small NFC chip. When staff tap it on a customer’s phone, the phone opens your shop’s card page and the stamp is added. The customer does not install anything, and your staff do not use an app either.

Every tap is new

The chip changes the link it sends on each tap. A copied or screenshotted link cannot be used again, so nobody collects stamps from home.

Stamps from the seal, rewards from the owner

The seal only gives stamps. Rewards come from a separate reward card that the owner keeps, and every reward is logged.

Works on most phones

iPhones from the last several years and most Android phones read it. For the rest, you can switch on a backup QR code from your panel.

Made to sit on a counter

Wooden handle, brass head with the Ekhtem mark. Nothing to charge, no batteries, no cables.

The first visit

The customer types their mobile number once and, if they like, their first name. They can tick a box to receive offers. That is all the sign-up there is.

Programmed and locked by us

We write your shop’s address onto the chip and lock it with a password, so nobody can point your seal somewhere else.

Questions

Does the customer need NFC switched on?+

iPhones read NFC automatically. On some Android phones NFC has to be on, which it usually is for contactless payment.

What if someone copies the link?+

It will not work. Each tap creates a one-time link, and the system checks it before adding a stamp.

Can I have more than one seal?+

Yes. One per card, for example coffee and desserts, and one per branch.

Tell us your shop name and your reward

We link the seal to your shop, set everything up and show your team how to use it.
