Questions owners ask
Do customers need to download an app?+
No. The seal opens a page in their phone’s browser. They can add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet if they want.
How much does it cost?+
AED 199 a month. The seal, the reward card, the Google review card, the counter sign and QR stand, setup with your team, your panel, Wallet cards and reminders are all included. There is no setup fee and no per-message fees.
Is there a contract?+
No contract to sign. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each month, or you can pay for 6 or 12 months up front.
What happens if we cancel?+
Tell us and we collect the seal and switch it off. Your customer list stays yours, and you can download it as a spreadsheet before you go.
What if a phone cannot read the seal?+
Most phones from the last few years can. If one can’t, you can switch on a backup QR code from your panel.
How long does it take at the counter?+
The first time, the customer types their number, which takes about 20 seconds. After that, one tap.
What if staff forget to tap, or tap for friends?+
Every stamp is saved with the time and the seal that gave it. A customer gets one stamp a day unless you change it, and you can undo a wrong stamp in your panel.
What if we lose the seal?+
Tell us. We switch the lost seal off so it can’t give stamps, and set up a new one.
Can staff give themselves free rewards?+
No. The seal only gives stamps. Rewards need the reward card, which stays with the owner, and every reward is logged.
Can customers stamp from home?+
No. Each tap opens a one-time code, and the seal stays on your counter.
Who owns the customer data?+
Your shop. You can download your customer list as a spreadsheet at any time, and customers can see and delete their own card.
How long does setup take?+
We link the seal to your shop and your reward, set up your panel and show your team. Usually the same day it arrives.
